Shipping Policies

Orders ship within 3 business days via USPS and are generally delivered within 7 business days. We also offer the option of Expedited Shipping which is delivered within 1-3 business days. For your convenience a notification will be emailed to you with your tracking number at the time of shipping. Orders placed using a 3rd party voucher or deal site are subject to its individual shipping procedures. Please refer to the product page for details. 

Returns Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to return items.

All orders that qualify for free shipping which have been returned will have the shipping amount deducted should the amount of the return reduce the order total to less than the amount to qualify for free shipping.

You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt. Products must be in new condition with no marks or stains. Please follow these simple steps:


  1. We allow up to 30 days to make a return. Please print you original invoice to include in the return shipment or you may simply include a note indicating your order number, contact information and the product(s) being returned.
  1. Please note the reason for your return. If you a different size or color you may request a credit which can used to place an exchange order.
  1. Package your clothing in the original box if possible. Send to our warehouse location at:

Damaged Items Shipping Errors

If you receive a damaged item or something different than what you ordered please contact us at Be sure to have your order number available.

All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.
